Situated 32 km from the town of Uzice and 24 km from the Zlatibor Mountain, Sirogojno village lies on the ideal altitude of 900 m.

The village was first mentioned in the Turkish land register in 1476. In 1970, it became known by its hand-made sweaters. "Sirogojno fashion" gained popularity throughout the world: in Paris, Rome, London, Vienna, Brussels, Copenhagen, Tokyo, Moscow… "Sirogojno CO" today continues with the production of high-quality exclusive models sold at local and foreign markets under the "Sirogojno Style" brand name. The sweaters can be bought in the selling and exhibition hall "Sirogojno CO".

An important cultural hub of the village is a building facilitating a library and a gallery, as well as the open-air Old Village museum, which makes Sirogojno village the only of this kind. The museum marks a special tourist destination, forming a part of a wider concept of Zlatibor tourism and recording an increasing number of visitors. A few restaurants and cafés are located in the very center of the village.

In the vicinity of Sirogojno hosts can visit Gostilje village (12 km away) with its famous waterfall at the Katusnica River, and the birthplace of Dimitrije Tucovic. On the road to the Rozanstvo village (6 km) lies a cave called Stopica pecina. The springs of healing water are situated within the nearby Vapa spa.

Also, each guest can visit Tourist Center of Zlatibor, National Park of Tara, Devengrad (Wooden Town) of Serbian’s famous film producer Kusturica, Mokra Gora and drive by old narrow track Cira, to visit monasteries in Ovcar-Kablar gorge, to go in cave Stopic in village Rozanstvo, visit middle age church in Karan…

Each guest is welcomed by the traditional way with bread, salt and home made plum brandy, served by the children in the national costumes. It is possible that any guest chose food according personal wish. Lunch can be "Serbian table" and "Lunch on the grass" on the pasture if the weather is good with the self service manner.

Lodging cabins – seven objects with interiors adapted to serve the needs of modern living standards. The buildings are located nearby the inn. Every cabin is furnished with small kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV set and telephone, bedrooms and bathroom.

The lodgings are of different capacities, with 2-5 beds (29 beds in total). They are intended for accommodation of the participants of programs in the Museum, but can be found in the tourist offer of Zlatibor too.

Food is a part of cultural heritage of every nation. Cherishing the traditional way of food preparation, the inn on a daily basis offers cheese, milk cream butter (kajmak), roscuitto, buckwheat pie, dark bread and other specialties that Zlatibor is famous for.

In case of organized visits and programs, the tables will be laid with roast lamb, locally prepared beans (prebranac), lamb rolls, different pies, and "Old Village" cake. The dishes are served with traditional drinks: rakija or vodnjika, as well as teas prepared of domestic herbs.
